About the Role:
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is looking for a motivated and curious Front-End Developer Student to join our technology team during the Fall 2025 term. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that shape the digital and gaming experience for millions of Ontarians.
You will work with experienced developers and contribute directly to the development of user-facing features and applications. This role is designed for students who have a strong passion for technology, creativity in UI/UX, and a collaborative spirit. The internship will take place in either Toronto or Sault Ste. Marie, in a hybrid or in-person capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from the lab and internal teams
- Develop user-facing features and reusable components for future use
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Perform unit testing to validate functionality across various devices and browsers
- Communicate risks, blockers, or technical challenges to stakeholders
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint activities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prepare and deliver documentation and reports when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a recognized undergraduate co-op or internship program (Fall 2025 term)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada during the internship period
- Should be available to work full-time during the placement duration (September to December 2025)
Education Requirement:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized university or college
Technical Skills Required:
JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, RESTful API, Agile development, PowerPoint, Excel
