About the Role

As an Entry Level Full Stack Developer at IBM, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and supporting applications that help clients digitally transform their businesses. You will work with a range of modern technologies, frameworks, and tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.

This is a hybrid role based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their career in full stack development with a globally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using full stack technologies
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to gather and implement software requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and system issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, RedHat, or Google Cloud
Gain certifications in leading technologies as part of IBM’s training path
Stay current with new tools and technologies including React, Vue, Angular, Jenkins, MuleSoft, Ansible, and more
Follow best practices in code quality, version control, and deployment

Education Requirements
