About the Role:
For Fall 2025, we are offering a Software Developer Co-op opportunity in our Toronto office. This program is designed for students to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to work on impactful, real-world projects. You will be placed within one of our dynamic engineering teams, contributing to products that empower millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Test Software: Write, test, and debug high-quality code for new features and product improvements.
- Collaborate on Design and Architecture: Participate in technical discussions and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance Development Tools: Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
- Support Project Planning: Contribute to requirement gathering, defining technical specifications, and creating test plans.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Explore innovative solutions, adopt new technologies, and share technical knowledge within the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary education program.
- Graduation date at least 4 months after the co-op term ends.
- Availability for a 4 or 8-month co-op term, working 40 hours per week.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the entire co-op period without sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site at our Toronto office at least 3 days per week.
Education Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, SQL, Git, CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), unit testing frameworks, debugging tools
