About the Role:
SS&C Technologies is seeking motivated and passionate individuals for the role of Intern – Technical at our Toronto office. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work in a real production environment alongside experienced software engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle in an agile team setting. You will directly contribute to impactful projects using modern web application frameworks and tools, while growing your technical and collaborative skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams including product owners and developers
- Develop and test real-world software solutions within a web application framework
- Participate in the definition, estimation, and implementation of user stories and epics
- Write, test, and debug front-end and back-end code under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Engage in regular scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Use modern development tools and practices to build scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in a recognized university or college program, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Available for a full-time internship in Toronto (hybrid working model)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Strong interest in building a career in software development or technology
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership of assigned tasks
Education Requirement:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
