About the Role:

As an IT Coordinator, you will be a key player in maintaining the stability, usability, and security of MNP’s IT systems. You’ll provide deskside and remote support to team members across Canada and ensure the effective deployment and support of critical business applications and hardware. You will also contribute to training, troubleshooting, and regional support as required.

This position demands a high level of professionalism, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for team members locally and remotely across Canada
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of accounting and tax software applications
  • Offer hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners
  • Perform software installations and hardware deployments
  • Conduct data recovery operations as needed
  • Use ServiceNow for ticketing and access to the internal knowledge base
  • Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually (individual and group)
  • Maintain and implement IT equipment standards, processes, and policy compliance
  • Participate in on-call rotations and work occasional overtime or non-standard hours
  • Travel regionally as needed to support offices and systems

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to all candidates with a background in Information Technology or related fields
  • Must possess strong customer service skills and troubleshooting abilities
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours occasionally
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with larger teams

Education Requirement

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications and equivalent practical experience will also be considered
